Stuart's Maple Syrup

Four generations of Stuarts have been making maple syrup for their own use and to give away to family, friends, and neighbors as an expression of Christian love.

Several years ago, we decided to  combine this endeavor with the vision of our local Church, which is to share the love of God with our community.

We did this by hosting an annual Maple Sunday event.

On Maple Sunday, which is the fourth weekend in March, we host a pancake breakfast, and share a lesson that uses maple sugaring as an illustration. After the lesson we invite our guests to come to our sugar house to see how we make maple syrup and to try some over icecream. 

Several years ago, we expanded our sugaring operation by tapping more tree's and modernizing our equipment in the hope of reaching more people with God's love.

We not only to continue giving away a portion of our products but also have begun selling our syrup to any one interested.
